Mental Health

In modern society, we cannot avoid the share of mental health in the development of a healthy community. When we consider a healthy community, we should understand the difference between a unit and a whole. Where the good medical health of a person prolongs an individual life, the good mental health of a person impacts the entire community, creating a healthy social dynamic. Fortunately or unfortunately, we are living in a material world, where technology and economy has facilitated our difficult lives through modern scientific and capital values, but at the same time we are facing more psychological stresses due to a state of continuous competition in all aspects of life. This ratio could be disproportionate in underdeveloped countries due to the uncertain economical situations. This could be a major general aspect that influences all of society, but on an individual basis it requires a fine assessment on the basis of hereditary, familial, racial, and cultural influences.

A good psychiatrist does not only have good insight about the psycho-dynamics of the brain but of the social dynamics of a society, which has been established in different communities in different ways. If stress, anxiety, depression, mania, schizophrenia are diagnosed properly by a trained psychiatrist or at least get an opinion by a professional may change someone’s life tremendously, and if not, could damage the whole society. Sometimes people want to discuss their psycho-neurotic issues in a confidential way due to the social taboos and this is possible through virtual contact with a professional. Of course it’s a very challenging aspect to resolve these taboos immediately, but easy-to-resolve acute or chronic psychological conflict by good advice which at least helps someone in a healthy direction.

We are lucky to have highly skilled professionals who are giving their valuable time voluntarily to help on the basis of humanity.
