This is a highly specialized service which is unfortunately not as available in countries such as Pakistan. Sometimes children are born with holes in their heart and different cardiac congenital anomalies such as valvular heart diseases , conduction disease, atrial septal defects, cardiomyopathy, heart failure which always require a second opinion before going for any extensive medication, treatment, or cardiac surgery.
