In a capitalistic world, where our thinking has developed in a financial way, the humanitarian soul still finds a way to prove its existence. As long as we continue to think for others, we will be able to find meaning for ourselves. Building a volunteer institution like the Meraj Nasim Memorial Virtual Hospital and Himayat Ali Shair Foundation is in itself a legally responsible process. A virtual institution is one that will always be beyond all geographical borders, but we can’t ignore the legal policies and their implementation in professional practice. Each country, and even provinces or states, have their own licensing rules and regulations. For example, a person living in Ontario, Canada, cannot be prescribed medication from a professional in Texas, USA, or even in Alberta, Canada. To avoid malpractice, the client should never consider this virtual hospital somewhere they can receive a prescription or diagnostic test. The professionals advising clients are not responsible for any unwanted consequences since this institution is only meant for advice or suggestions that ensure health. The client should use this advice only as a second opinion and should always discuss it with their own physician. Clients’ information will always be kept confidential, but it is the client’s responsibility not to mismanage their information by using different misnomers. This is a bilateral trust process based only on honesty and welfare for those who want qualified advice for their medical issues.
