There is no doubt that health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit, which all depends on the balance of our activity and nutrition. Once this balance is tilted, the body becomes vulnerable to internal or external stresses which could harm us through the danger of mental and physical diseases. To avoid these stresses, it’s important to keep a positive balance of physical fitness and good nutrition. Regular physical activity not only improves our health, but also reduces the risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol, and stroke. There are always a variety of physical activities that relieve our musculoskeletal pains and aches from aging and various degenerative or inflammatory joint diseases. These activities help us to avoid excessive use of medications which could be connected to adverse side effects. In the same context, a balanced diet full of natural nutrition from vegetables and fruits could help us to avoid excessive cholesterol or carbohydrates with high calories and unnecessary weight gain. I’d love to share these articles to help us learn how to boost our health, fitness, and nutrition through this page.
